Character features of ABNOX Metering Valve Stations

Metering Valve Stations with Manual Adjustment are ideal suitable for large-scale metering operations, e.g. for filling Roller berings or other large Bearings or Gear boxes.

The metering tolerance is maintained to better than +/- 2% in the middle range of dosage volume. The output can be adjusted continuously by hand. With the hand operated switch on top of the valve you can start the metering process. A pressure gauge shows you the right inlet pressure.

 Metering Valve Stations with multi turn air operated actuators are ideal suitable for large-scale metering operations, e.g. for filling Roller berings or other large Bearings or Gear boxes.

The metering tolerance is maintained to better than +/- 2% in the middle range of dosage volume. The output can be adjusted continuously by hand. With the pneumatic-driven switch-over on top of the valve you can start the metering process. A pressure gauge shows you the right inlet pressure.

The ABNOX Metering Valve Station can be attached to the base block easily and quick. To activate a 5/2-way-valve is required.

The Metering Valve Station is available in different dispensing ranges. The metering tolerance is maintained to better than +/- 2% in the middle range of dosage volume. The output can be adjusted continuously.

With the standard nozzles ABNOX Ltd. constructs specific customised application nozzles which can be directly screwed to metering valve.
